Payment Information

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another secure payment processor. I do not receive or store your complete payment card information.

Coaching Confidentiality

Coaching records are maintained only as reasonably necessary for professional record-keeping, business administration, and legal or accounting purposes.

Coaching notes may be maintained using secure practice-management software, including Coaching Genie, to support continuity of coaching and appropriate record-keeping.

If coaching sessions are recorded using Fathom or another recording service, recordings will be made only with your knowledge and permission. Recordings are retained only as reasonably necessary and are generally deleted within approximately 90 days.

While coaching is intended to be confidential, there are limited circumstances in which disclosure may be required by law, such as in response to a lawful court order or other legal obligation.

Although I take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy are separate from the confidentiality provisions contained in your Coaching Agreement, which govern our coaching relationship in greater detail.

Third-Party Service Providers

I use trusted third-party service providers to help operate my coaching practice efficiently. Depending on the services you use, these providers may include:

  • Acuity Scheduling for appointment scheduling.
  • Stripe for secure payment processing.
  • Zoom for video conferencing.
  • Dropbox Sign for electronic signatures.
  • Coaching Genie for confidential coaching records.
  • Fathom for session recordings made with your permission.
  • Email service providers for newsletters and client communications.
  • Website hosting and related technical services.

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform the services they provide. They are responsible for protecting the information they receive in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

I encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use when interacting with my business.

Email Communications

If you request a resource, subscribe to my newsletter, register for an event, or otherwise choose to receive communications from me, I may occasionally send emails containing educational content, coaching insights, practice updates, or information about future services.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by contacting me directly.

Even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, I may still contact you regarding appointments, purchases, administrative matters, or services you have requested.

My coaching services are intended for adults.
