My Approach
When you schedule coaching or enroll in one of my programs, I reserve time, attention, and resources specifically for you. Group programs also involve planning around a limited number of participant spaces.
This policy is intended to be fair, transparent, and respectful to everyone involved. While I generally apply it consistently, I reserve the right to make reasonable exceptions in exceptional circumstances.
Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are generally provided as part of a coaching package.
Individual sessions may be available only for existing clients who have previously completed a coaching package and are continuing their work with me, subject to availability.
- You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled coaching session with at least 48 hours' notice (weekends included) at no charge.
- Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are ordinarily considered completed and are non-refundable.
- I understand that genuine emergencies can occur. If exceptional circumstances arise, please let me know as soon as reasonably possible. Any exception is entirely at my discretion.
Coaching Packages
Purchasing a coaching package reserves coaching time specifically for you.
- Package fees are generally non-refundable once coaching has begun.
- If you choose not to complete your package, unused sessions are ordinarily forfeited.
- In exceptional circumstances, I may, at my sole discretion, consider a partial refund for unused sessions after taking into account coaching already provided, preparation time, administrative costs, and any package discount received.
- Approved refunds, if any, will be issued using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Group Coaching Programs
Group programs reserve a place exclusively for you and are offered with limited enrollment.
- Program fees are generally non-refundable once your place has been confirmed.
- Before a program begins, if an unforeseen emergency or other exceptional circumstance prevents you from attending, I may, at my sole discretion, permit you to transfer your place to a future cohort, subject to availability.
- Once a program has started, withdrawals, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances do not entitle you to a refund, credit, or transfer unless required by law.
Workshops, Retreats, and Special Events
Cancellation and refund terms for workshops, retreats, speaking engagements, or other special events may differ from this policy.
Where separate cancellation terms are provided during registration or purchase, those specific terms will apply.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan has been agreed upon, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments according to that agreement.
Choosing not to continue participating in coaching or a program does not cancel your remaining payment obligations unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule
If I need to reschedule a coaching session or program, I will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative time that is mutually convenient.
If I am unable to deliver a coaching session, program, or other paid service and no suitable alternative can be arranged, I will refund any fees paid for the portion of the service that was not provided.
