These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the services offered by Kirin Parmar, doing business as KirinParmar ("I," "me," or "my").
By booking, purchasing, or using my services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book, purchase, or use my services.
1. Business

I provide professional coaching services, educational programs, workshops, presentations, and related resources for individuals and organizations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to book or purchase my services.
By using my services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Services
Services may include individual coaching packages, continuation coaching for existing clients, group coaching programs, workshops, presentations, downloadable resources, and other educational services offered from time to time.
Descriptions, availability, and pricing may change without affecting services that have already been purchased.
4. Booking and Payment
Payment is due according to the terms presented at the time you book or purchase a service unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. I do not store your full payment card details.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.
5. Service Delivery
Services are delivered in the format described at the time of purchase.
After booking, I will provide the information reasonably required for you to access the services you have purchased.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by my Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Client Conduct
All services are intended to provide a respectful, supportive, and productive environment, whether delivered individually or in a group setting.
I reserve the right to suspend, remove, or refuse service to any participant whose conduct is unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or materially disruptive to my ability to deliver the service or to the experience of other participants.
Where a client is removed for the reasons described above, no refund will be owed for any unused portion of the service except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all materials I provide—including written materials, presentations, worksheets, graphics, recordings, videos, frameworks, models, and other resources—remain my intellectual property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning and development.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell, license, or otherwise make my materials available to others without my prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Thank you for respecting these boundaries. They help protect the significant investment of time, expertise, and resources that goes into developing, refining, and updating the materials and resources I create to support my clients' learning and growth.
9. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Coaching and educational services are collaborative in nature and depend substantially on your own participation, effort, and circumstances.
While we will establish goals and work together toward meaningful progress, I cannot guarantee any particular outcome, result, level of success, business achievement, career advancement, or personal transformation.
10. Professional Boundaries
My services are educational and developmental in nature and may incorporate evidence-informed principles and approaches drawn from psychology, neuroscience, somatic practices, adult learning, and related fields.
However, my services are not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, psychiatry, counseling, or any other form of licensed healthcare. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, provide medical care, prescribe medication, or offer crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or an appropriately qualified healthcare professional immediately.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions and, where appropriate, should seek advice from a qualified professional who is familiar with your individual circumstances.
11. Participation and Assumption of Risk
Personal and professional development work can sometimes bring up unexpected thoughts, emotions, memories, or personal insights.
By participating in my services, you acknowledge this possibility and understand that your participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for deciding what feels appropriate for you and may choose not to participate in any exercise or activity.
12. Appropriate Use
You agree to use my services lawfully and respectfully.
I may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially violated.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability arising from your purchase or use of my services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
In no event will I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of my services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Force Majeure
I will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering services caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including illness, injury, technology or platform failures, natural disasters, government actions, or other similar events.
Where reasonably possible, I will notify you and offer to reschedule the affected service.
15. Electronic Communications
By using my services, you consent to receive communications from me electronically, including by email, regarding your booking, purchase, or participation.
You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
16. Complaints and Disputes
If you have a concern or complaint about a service you have purchased, please contact me first using the email address below so I have the opportunity to resolve the matter directly.
I will make reasonable efforts to respond to complaints within five business days.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, I encourage you to contact me first so we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
17. Privacy
My collection and use of personal information are governed by my Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
18. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will always include its effective date and last updated date.
Continued use of my services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
19. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of my services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in California.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with my Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any separate written agreement applicable to a particular service, constitute the entire agreement governing your purchase and use of my services.
